The bible says that we have been called "lovely" by God and he GIVES us the desires in our hearts, then we are given DIVINE permission, as daughters of the KING, to move this industry closer to Christ.

Mark541 touched down in the city that never sleeps to preview the latest fashions during Fashion Week in New York City. The designers definitely have not been snoozing as they lined the runways with hours of hard work, miles of material, music, art and great fashion. Spring 2009 collections promise some fun/some frilly and all glamour.
The couture show rocked three days of fashion with the likes of Atlanta designer, Nina Gleyzer. Her runway style answered the mark541 blog call with her clever use of more hats and embellished head pieces. Gleyzer made a political fashion statement when she opened the show on the final day with a short white suit that was reminiscence of Jackie Kennedy style but projected us right into 2009 with a black accent ruffle collar and cuffs. But it was Gleyzer's addition of a 1920's style ruffle hat which seemed like a "shout out" tribute to the anniversary of the Women's Suffrage Movement and delivered a surprisingly cool contrast to the "business as usual" short suit.
